LIVE on-site Buyer Premium on all items: 10.00%

Cash Payment Discount: 3% (LIVE on-site ONLY)

Limited absentee bidding will be available subject to staffing & other considerations for an additional 2% fee.

Participation Requirements: 

ONLINE=>Valid Credit Card for online bidding approval; 

LIVE on-site=>positive picture identification (driver's license, etc.) for bidder registration.

Payment Options: 

ONLINE & LIVE=>Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Wired Funds.

LIVE on-site ONLY=>Cash & pre-approved Check.

Cash or Wired Funds are the preferred methods for purchasing ALL VEHICLES & payment of invoices of $3,000 or more.

All invoices must be paid in full by the end of the LIVE on-site auction (7/23/22) unless using wired funds & wired funds must be received by 4:00 pm EDT Monday, 7/25/22. 

All titles are clear & ready to transfer.  Notary will be on site the day of the auction.

The buyer will receive title & possession once purchase funds are verified. 

All vehicles & other items must be removed from the auction site by 7/31/22 unless other arrangements are made.  ALL buyers must communicate their shipping arrangements to the auctioneer, Steve Hummel, as soon as possible after the live on-site auction.

Limited vehicle transport will be available at the BUYER’s expense on auction day.  SEE "Removal Times."

SPECIAL TERMS OF SALE

All property is sold AS-IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

AUCTION OHIO & THE SELLER MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Property is open to thorough public inspection.  

It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. Auction Ohio may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction; but, makes no representations. In no event shall Auction Ohio be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live on-site auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auction Ohio shall endeavor to describe each item in general terms. 

Auction Ohio will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the item descriptions. 

Bidder agrees that everything is sold "AS-IS" and that they may not return any item(s).

Auction Ohio is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Ohio or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. 

Auction Ohio will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. ONLINE bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the bidding site proxy-bidding feature and post their MAXIMUM BID 24 hours before the LIVE on-site auction begins. 

Auction Ohio reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

All shipping arrangements will be at the BUYER’s expense and efforts.  Auction Ohio will not provide any handling or shipping.

VEST TOWING of Chillicothe, Ohio will be on site on auction day for limited transport (rollback) service.

$65 plus $5 per mile up to 500 miles.

All vehicles & other items must be removed from the auction site by 7/31/22 unless other arrangements are made.
