- The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify the amount of deduction.
- Payment for items purchased must be made in full on the day of the auction event by paying online or with the event cashier. AJ Angelo's Music Marathon accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover.
- A processing fee of 3% will be assessed to each invoice at the time of checkout.
- Following payments, you may pick up your purchases in the checkout area. Payment must be verified before the item(s) may leave the event site.
- The purchaser may have an alternate pickup option within 30 days of the event date at Travel Partners in Dublin (4980 Blazer Pkwy, Dublin, OH 43017 ). Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Shipping and transfer fees may apply.
- Any item(s) left unclaimed or picked up from the alternate pickup location, without prior arrangements, will be resold and proceeds will go to AJ Angelo's Music Marathon.
- AJ Angelo's Music Marathon reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
- Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the date of the auction.
- Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from AJ Angelo's Music Marathon, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the auction company, and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
